The neighborhood is invited to join in helping clean up the grounds of East Sylvan Middle school this Saturday, March 17th 2012, from 9:00 AM – noon.
We spend the morning cleaning up the grounds of Sylvan Middle School. This is one expression of loving our neighbor. All are invited to join as this is a great chance for young and old to serve together and it’s fun! Bring yard tools, blowers, rakes, shovels, brooms, weed eaters, gloves, etc.
The Sylvan-Highlands Neighborhood Association is hosting a late summer picnic and movie under the stars. You provide something to sit on and all the picnic you can eat. Portland Parks provides the movie — MARY POPPINS. There will be popcorn fresh from the popper. FREE!!
Hang out in the park. Check out the nearby groves. Movie at sundown (approx 7:45pm).
