Sylvan Highlands will apply for a small grant from the City of Portland, administered by the District 4 Coalition Office. The City awards grants of up to $3,000 for projects that meet specific criteria. We are seeking funds for a beautification effort at the corner of SW Canyon Court and Highland Parkway, which would become a landscaped flower bed.
