Portland Comprehensive Plan
The City of Portland is updating its Comprehensive Plan, a 20-year framework for the city’s physical development. Portland originally developed its Comprehensive Plan in 1980; periodic updates are mandated by the State of Oregon. The Comprehensive Plan Update will help to implement the Portland Plan, the City’s strategic plan for a prosperous, educated, healthy, equitable and resilient Portland.
