CITY CHARTER FORUM
Ladies and Gentlemen of the Downtown Neighborhood Association,
On October 3, 2022, at 6:00 pm the DNA will host a Zoom forum on the proposed ballot measure.
The special City Charter Commission has recommended changes to the City Charter, which will be in a ballot measure which Portland’s voters will vote on in the November 8, 2022, election.
The DNA forum will feature four qualified speakers who will discuss reasons to vote for or against this measure (2 for, 2 against).
The DNA board has not and will not take a position on the ballot measure. The DNA will host this event in its role to provide information to its members on important city issues. Members and guests will be welcomed in the next weeks when the agenda will be sent.
