• Treasury Report: Brief update on SHNA bank balance.
• Transportation & Safety: Update on the Transportation Committee’s work and meeting with Councilor Eric Zimmerman’s Chief of Staff regarding safety solutions.
• Canyon Court Sidewalk Maintenance and Flowerbed Creation: PBOT brush cut & volunteer-led overhaul of corner at SW Canyon Court/SW Highland Parkway.

3. Special Guest Presentation

Jay Shoemaker, Arlington Heights Neighborhood Association(AHNA) & EWP Member.

• Topic: Conversion of soccer field in Washington Park to a temporary parking lot and request for SHNA support to oppose the transformation.

4. Main Discussion Items

Financial: 

1. Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement and discussion about transfer of all funds to the D4C or retaining limited petty cash.
2. Micro-grant.
3. Budget presentation and discussion/approval.
