Hello and Welcome!

Sylvan Highlands is one of 94 neighborhood associations in Portland. We are volunteers who live or work in the district to make our neighborhood a better place to live, work, or play. We can not do our vital work without your support.

We meet in-person at Firehouse #16 in the Community Room on Skyline Boulevard at 7 PM every other month.
