Hear live testimony from a neighbor’s perspective of living in the Main Street Development townhomes on SW 58^th. Crime and livability issues forced her recent decision to move away.

Purpose of the meeting

To expose the developer and PBOT to the crime and transportation issues resulting from higher density development without sufficient on-site parking and street improvements.
To press the case for on-site parking and other measures to improve livability for the neighborhood in advance of the Oak and Park development: 14 more townhomes at 1434 SW 58^th.

Representatives from Main Street Development and PBOT have been invited. MSD has confirmed.
